Expense Reduction Services are provided on a contingency basis with savings shared 50/50 over two years. This service is sold to Businesses, Non Profits, City and County Governments across the U.S. 90% of RMHTC Clients reduce their Telecom Expenses by 20-50%.

RMHTC offers qualified persons two options to affiliate with their program. License & Training are required under both options. Since August 2004, RMHTC has Licensed & Trained 115 Independent Contractors and 163 Independent Profit Center Affiliates.
