RF (Radio Frequency) Engineer

Job Title : RF (Radio Frequency) Engineer
Duration: 6 months
Location : Houston, TX
Rate Range : $45-50/hr

Description:
· Major responsibilities include planning, managing, monitoring and coordinating all capacity projects and related activities/issues on E CDMA networks. Support EVDO carrier add deployment meeting all company guidelines.
· Support all related EVDO carrier add deployment including complete RF FACT order, CFR creation, building RF configuration files & DOM CLI files for carrier adds and redeployment of XCEM & other hardware.
· Also need to work closely with PM & SD teams and create work orders for Switch & field operations for implementing these capacity additions on time.

Requirement:

· Experience & clear understanding of CDMA EVDO networks
· Ability to work with other engineering groups to identify overall network issues and identify solutions
· Experience with CDMA tools like CACP and EMS - company’s CLI Manager, MS Excel (programming skills is a plus), MS Office
· Experienced in using Sprint specific tools such as RFISS, SODA, post-processing tools like MapInfo or Wind catcher -Previous experience with Sprint EVDO deployment process is a plus.
