Telecom System Integrator/ Solution Architect

Software loading, configuration, integration, verification, and troubleshooting of existing solutions on a customer site or in a lab environment using vendor products, 3rd party, or customized packages.
• Providing ongoing customer support throughout implementation as well as driving new convergence solutions development in order to meet the customer’s expectations.
• Drive business with the customer by finding new convergence opportunities based on expanding existing solutions as well as creating new ones.
• Attend and participate in customer meetings for specific solutions and different areas.
• Analyze customer business processes and requirements.
• Map test cases to detailed requirements.
• Contribute at customer site visits as the solutions expert.
• Secure the functionality and technical quality of deliveries in customer projects.
• Implement existing solution in lab or customer network using vendor products, 3rd party, or customized packages.

Skills, Experience, and Education:
-Authorized to work in the U.S.
• BS or MS in EE, CS, or CE, or acceptable equivalent of post secondary education and experience. Master’s highly preferred.
• 7 - 10 years previous experience working in software design and integration with a strong IMS base.
• Excellent knowledge of VoIP, 3GPP (IMS " CSCF, HSS, MRF, IP Sec, TLS), and SIP based applications (SIP based presence, SIP Application Server)
• Excellent knowledge of IP networking and Internet technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, Radius, Diameter).
• Excellent knowledge of network management and provisioning (XML, SNMP, Corba, LDAP, SOAP)"
