We are looking for an experienced Lead Technician with expert ability on Toshiba CTX / CIX systems.
All current Toshiba CTX / CIX certifications are required as well as CTP or A+ certification.
Strong knowledge of networking and VoIP is required.
Good knowledge of Toshiba 280 / 424i Legacy systems would be a plus.

Your duties and responsibilities include:
1. Installation of Toshiba VoIP systems.
2. Installation of Toshiba telephone systems
3. Installation of Toshiba Voice Processing systems.
4. Data certifications a plus
5. Provide service to existing Toshiba Telephone System users.
6. Help with all aspects of pre and post installation

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements
1. Minimum of five years experience in the telecom industry.
2. Toshiba certifications a plus.
3. Must be able to perform move, add and change orders as well as service tickets from beginning to completion
4. Must be willing to work overtime, with compensation when workloads require it
5. Ability to handle technical inquiries and customers support over the phone.
6. Proficiency with PC based applications such as Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
7. Valid drivers license, excellent driving record with reliable transportation
8. Excellent communication skills
9. Detail and process oriented.
10. Data proficient.
